THINGS TO KNOW
No smoking in all areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
Usage of flammable items is strictly prohibited.
Please refrain from cooking any food with strong odors or smoke inside of the property
Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to beddings or equipment.
Commercial photography and video shooting without prior agreement are not allowed.
Please contact us in advance for commercial rental filming.
The property is in a residential area so please refrain from making loud noises during late hours.
Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
INDOOR TUB
Hot water(33-35℃) is provided and this could change depending on the season.
Usage of bath product is not possible as it may cause damage to the tub, and 200,000KRW compensation fee may be charged in case of violation.
Eating and drinking are prohibited in the tub.
Please wear swimsuit in the tub.
BBQ
Additional 30,000KRW is charged when selected in Option.
Barbecue, gas grill, and gloves are provided.
BBQ is available until 10pm.
If BBQ is not available due to bad weather, we will give you a refund.
BBQ service can only be set up if applied in advance. It is difficult to prepare it after check-in.
You cannot apply after check-in so please apply in advance.
DRY SAUNA
Please read the guidelines before using dry sauna, and be careful of accidents such as being burned.
Do not pour water in the sauna machine. It may cause malfunction.
CCTV
CCTV is installed towards the main gate for the guests' safety.
PARKING
Parking space is not available.
Please use the public parking lot provided at Jocheon-eup.
