The Space has the Unique Beauty of a Hanok
Viewing our lives in retrospect is sometimes reminiscent of Seesaw. Life moves up and down like a seesaw. Stay Seesaw is located in Taehwa-dong, the center of Andong, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 'Stay Seesaw' is derived from the host's desire to stay in balance in a seesaw-like life. Unlike a centuries-old old house, Stay Seesaw is a 'young' hanok built-in 1977. The changing trends of the times are reflected in Stay Seesaw, as a young artist said, "Nothing lasts forever".

Tiles, wooden pillars, and rafters were utilized to create a cozy space unique to hanoks while considering modern conveniences. The living space consisting of a bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen has an open window, which gives the impression of space, and the doorway between the living room and the bedroom is removed to create a sense of unity. Particularly, toilets, showers, and bathrooms are located separately and can be used comfortably. As you pass through the living room and the washroom, you can enjoy the spa and tea at the same time, as there is a separate room for the Jacuzzi and tea ceremony. When lying in the Jacuzzi, there is a horizontally long window that allows you to see a neatly trimmed garden.

During a sunny day, why not sit at a wooden table in the yard and enjoy brunch? Reading a book that you enjoy makes the busy world seem distant. Enjoy a cup of tea with a view of the garden from the Jacuzzi at the end of the day. The heat of the transparent sparkling water will melt away all the hateful feelings. Whenever you are feeling fatigued, Stay Seesaw will be able to comfort your mind with its own warmth.
